Which Oregon counties have the highest, and lowest, median home prices?

That home prices in Portland are sky high should come as a surprise to no one. The city has been dealing with an affordability crisis for years and, despite the fact that the rise in home prices has slowed, Portland still ranks in the top 20 cities for escalating home prices.

But what about the rest of the state? Has the housing crisis hit Corvallis or Bend or Baker City as hard as it has Portland? How wide is the gap from lowest home price to highest? And what does that mean for the people of the Beaver State?

We crunched data from the 2016 American Community Survey to find out. Following, you’ll find a list of the median price for owner-occupied, single-family homes in each of Oregon’s 36 counties, from cheapest to most expensive.
